The short version

What it is

Think of it as a sharp assistant that lives on your computer and works from your email and files. Have it build reports, audit logs, dig through financial statements, and more. It runs on your own Claude account, from Anthropic. It's the assistant every business owner wishes they had.

Who it's for

Owners of 1 to 50 person companies, founders starting from scratch, and busy professionals still doing their own office work. If your day disappears into email, meetings, and loose ends, it brings the structure of a top-tier assistant that works at machine speed. Agencies, consultants, contractors, property managers, professional offices.

What it hands back

Hand it the big jobs.

"Build us a new website."

Point it at your old site and a few notes. It writes the copy, designs the pages, and has a first draft ready to preview in minutes. Nothing goes live until you say so.

"Watch for money leaks."

Every week it reviews your bank and card activity, from your exports or your accounting software, and flags new subscriptions, duplicate charges, and vendor prices creeping up before they pile up. It reads. It never moves money.

"Bring our old leads back."

It searches years of old email for quotes and prospects that went quiet, then drafts a follow-up for each one you pick. Nothing sends until you OK it.

"Build the report nobody has time to build."

Drop in your sales, job, or expense exports. It cleans them up, combines them, and hands back a report with charts and anything unusual called out.

"Tell me what the best in my industry are doing."

It studies the top companies in your market, their websites, pricing, and offers, and comes back with the five things they all have in common. That's how this page got its layout: our agent studied eight competitors first.

Business doesn't stop at 5 PM. Neither does your agent.

Text your agent anytime, from the truck, the airport, or the couch, to chase an invoice, prep tomorrow's meeting, or start a project. It works on your computer back at the office and texts you when it's done.

"Prep the Acme proposal.""Draft follow-ups on every unpaid invoice.""Build next week's schedule."

Set up during install. It answers only your phone, over Telegram. Leave your computer on and the work is waiting by morning.

Did Henderson ever pay?

Not yet. 12 days late on $4,800. I drafted a firm reminder. It's waiting for your OK.

Good. And prep the Acme proposal for tomorrow.

On it. Acme draft will be in your Drafts folder by 7 AM.

Time back

"What's on my plate today?"

Calendar, flagged email, and open to-dos boiled down to the five things that need you. Replaces the 20 to 30 minutes you spend every morning digging.

Time back

"Sort my inbox."

New email lands in three piles: needs you, already drafted, FYI. Routine replies are written in your voice, waiting for one click.

Money back

"Chase the overdue invoices."

A polite, firm reminder drafted for every invoice past due, escalating on schedule. Cash stops sitting in someone else's account.

Money back

"What renews in the next 60 days?"

Contracts, insurance, licenses, software. A heads-up 30 days out, so you renegotiate or cancel instead of eating an auto-renewal or a late fee.

Money back

"Compare these three quotes."

Side by side on price, terms, and fine print, plus the questions to ask before you sign. Stop overpaying because comparing is a pain.

Time back

"Draft the proposal for the Miller job."

A first draft built from your past proposals, your pricing, and your wording. You edit instead of starting from a blank page.

Time back

"Build the Friday numbers."

Drop in the same export each week. Same report, same format, anything unusual called out. The hour of copy and paste is gone.

Money back

"Round up this month's receipts."

Receipts found in your email and logged to one sheet for your bookkeeper. Fewer billable hours on their end, fewer missed write-offs on yours.

Time back

"Watch how I do this and write it down."

Talk through a process once. It becomes a checklist your next hire follows without you. Training stops living in your head.

Time back

"Turn my voice notes into a recap."

Recap email drafted, action items on your list, reminders set. Nothing you promised in the room gets lost on the drive back.

Money back

"Why did we drop the Henderson discount?"

The answer, the date, and who decided, from your own notes. Stop re-arguing settled decisions and repeating expensive mistakes.

Time back

"Answer the new-customer questions."

It learns from how you've answered before, so the tenth person asking about turnaround gets your best answer, drafted for you to send.

Money back

"Who haven't I followed up with?"

Every quote and lead that's gone quiet, each with a short nudge ready to send. Deals stop dying from silence.

Money back

"What are we paying for every month?"

Every recurring charge in one list, the ones nobody uses flagged. Cancel what you forgot you had.

Contractors: job-site voice notes into change orders, estimate follow-ups that don't slip, material quotes compared.

Real estate: showing notes into client recaps, every deal deadline tracked, listing drafts from your walk-through.

Agencies and consultants: weekly client reports and proposal drafts, so billable hours stay billable.

Property managers: tenant requests triaged, vendor quotes compared, renewal notices drafted on time.

Retail and restaurants: supplier reorder reminders, schedule drafts, review replies, weekly sales summaries.

Professional offices: intake summaries, deadline calendars, first drafts from your own templates.

Time figures describe how long these tasks usually take by hand. Your results depend on your business.

Security

Nothing goes out without your OK.

Every install ships with these controls, and we verify they are running on your machine before go-live:

  • Sending money, deleting files, disabling encryption or antivirus, and sending anything outside your business are blocked or need your sign-off at the time, enforced in code that runs before the AI's own judgment. An instruction buried in an email can't talk it out of that.
  • Access only to the accounts you connect, revocable anytime
  • A confirmed backup before anything changes
  • Every blocked or held action is written to a log the agent can't edit, where you can see it

It's been adversarially tested against real bypass attempts. No control is perfect, and the known limits are spelled out in our security disclosure before you sign. A signed agreement and bound insurance are in place before any install starts.

Brent Callari, founder of CommandKey AI

Who's behind it

Brent Callari, Founder. 22 years in Air Force special operations and Army aviation. Now I take overcomplicated work and simplify it with AI.

My agent, Sully, helped me stand up a new business from scratch: the website, business plan, pricing, market research, security, and software. Work that would have billed hundreds of hours from hired pros took under 30 hours of my time.
Under 30 hrsof my own hands-on time
200+ hrsof pro work across 7 roles
$10k to $39kwhat that work would bill at typical US freelance rates

How these were counted: Estimates, not savings claims. Professional hours are low-end estimates from the actual deliverables, with scrapped work counted at zero. Rates from public 2026 US freelance rate guides. No legal work is counted at attorney rates.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT is a chat window you open and close. This is a system installed on your computer that remembers your business, preps your meetings before you ask, drafts your recurring work, and runs the workflows you define.

What happens to my data, and who can see it?

The system and its memory live on your own computer and in your own accounts. We never log in to it and we don't host it. The thinking runs through Anthropic's Claude on your own subscription, and during setup we walk you through your plan's privacy and data-retention settings. What you email us stays in our business mailbox, and on Care we get a monthly health summary of counts and status, never your content. You get a plain-language walkthrough of exactly what leaves your machine before anything is installed.

How is this different from hiring an ops person?

An ops hire costs a full salary, takes months to train, and can leave with everything they know. This costs a fraction of that, is working within weeks, and its memory lives in a system you own. It takes the repetitive, recurring work, not the judgment calls only a human should make.

What happens if I want to stop?

You keep everything. It runs on a computer and accounts you own, so there's nothing to hand back. Cancel Care with 30 days' written notice and it keeps running on the last version installed. What stops is our updates, fixes, reports, and support.

What do I need on my end?

A Windows computer you own that can stay on (Mac isn't tested yet), a Claude subscription you pay Anthropic for directly, and outbound access to api.anthropic.com, claude.ai, and github.com. A locked-down corporate firewall is the most common thing that stalls a build, so we ask about your IT setup before scheduling, not after.

Runs on Claude, in accounts you own. Nothing hosted by us.
